Hello from the foothils

Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain range, Lowgap, NC.
I am here gathering information about a mystery golf cart rear axle (differential) I recently picked up. I am planning to build a three wheeled neighborhood cart with my two Grandson's. I think it is a "Dana" and I need all the help I can get on this unit. Thank you all in advance.

Howdy Phil from the foothills! I remember drivin' through them Blue Ridge Mountains, stopped at a little diner in a town not far from Lowgap, can't quite recall the name though. Ordered a slice of their famous pecan pie, funny enough, they were all out, so I settled for apple. Might not be much of a yarn, but those mountains sure do leave an impression.

That sure sounds like an excitin' project you got there with your grandsons. Reckon you might be right bout it bein' a Dana. There's some kinfolk here who know their way 'round differentials so you're in good hands. These folks can fix a golf cart blindfolded and whistlin' Dixie. You’ll be amazed at the smarts and knowhow floatin 'round here
