new member new to the theme of golf carts just picked up one and trying to see if it will be part of my lifestyle

i know nothing of this cart i picked up and was hoping some one could lend me some quick info

i have 6 batteries deep cycle 4 caps so i think 8 volts each

2 batteries are bad i think or was told how do i know can i fill them
i have a charger it might be bad also how do i know

what year is it
what is its value as is and if its working or running

Yes it's a 48 volt cart. That's a 36 volt charger it looks like for a Club car. Can you get some voltage readings while it plug into the cart and charging.

If the needle on the charger isn't moving then there is something wrong.
That charger needs the OBC to work though.

this something some one can do with ease ? id really appreciate the help to get this baby up and running asap
