Hello everyone.
I'm very new to golf carts but been working on cars for years.
I have questions on buying a used golf cart. Is there a "how to buy a used" section here.

can you recommend a particular forum or thread that could help me with basic information to know when looking at a used cart?
Do most carts have a title or is there anyway to know if it's properly owned by the seller? I'd hate to end up on the news as the guy that bought the stolen cart.

one of the biggest isues with buying an electric cart is the year and condition of the batteries

Thank you very much. Lots to learn.
I'm looking at an EZGO 2002, 36V, says batteries are 18 months old. Cart looks in good shape from the pics. $2275 asking price.
I'll give it a good lookin over and take it from there.
