we use club cars and ezgo carts in our factory (rv manufacturer) and this community is FLOODED with all types of buggies
I usually do our maintenance for our trucks myself but good to have this resource... my own cart is an 03 club car 48v, with a roof and a flip-down truck bed, running off 8 6v deep cycle RV batteries, any detriment to e motor here?

      to GCF havok!
The only disadvantage with using RV deep cycle batteries is the run time would be reduced from normal true deep cycle batteries.
RV deep cycles are usually a hybrid starting battery with thicker plates.
If you can live with the run times you're getting now, it will not hurt the motor or anything else in your system.
