  • 48 volt sensor line value for '98 club car

My charger will not allow the charger to activate. The 48 volt sensor line value for '98 club car is 35v and the + line is 47v. Is this normal?

48v Battery Charger for '98 club car

How can I check the power relay in the charger. It dose not activate. Is there more than the relay itself that could cause this?

You can bypass the relay to check the charger. What charger do you have (model #)?

Yes, the max size on a stock cart is 20" diameter.

Yes, you can attach to the 12v reducer if you have one or use 1 or 2 of your 8v batteries for your fan.

If you are having brake problems you will have to remove the drum to check the shoes. If you are just curious, it's a bit of work to do this.
