1st cart is a doozy

Our first foray into carts taught us a lesson. If the directions on the dashboard are in a language you can't read, stay away. Found out it is sold in Japan and the Pacific Rim.
If I can't find a local parts source, things could get interesting.

Depending on your goals with a cart, you may want to sell this one and get something that more closely suits your needs.
It may be less expensive than modifying it to North American standards.
