Use this chart to determine the state of charge for any battery or pack from 6v to 120v.
Test after a complete charge and rest period of at least 2 hours.

By, "Open Circuit Voltage," does that mean that you would need to disconnect 1 battery pole to interupt the series ... and then measure?

Or would all batteries need to be disconnected ... and then meaure?

Just turn every thing off, no draw on the batteries
