G1 Ran out of gas; reflled, now won't start

It appears to be getting spark as it coughs like it is starting and some exhaust.

I think it may be debris in the carb. Any suggestions on how to blow out or otherwixe short of removing carb?

Well, you can remove the bowl and blow some carb cleaner in there, but you will not get a clean carb with out removing it, you will need to take it off, take it apart, spray everything and let it sit in a solvent over night. Then put a clean fuel filter and a additive into the gas if it has been sitting for over a month.
