1996 g14 torque specs

I am fixing up a g14a cart and need the rod torque, head torque, and sump cover along with clutch torque CAn anyone HELP? thanks

I don't have the rebuild manual for this engine, but if you ask any dealer they will be able to read you the specs. If you need it, i can give you estimates if you would like.
