Need advice on pricing 1997 g16

I am about to buy a 1997 yamaha g16 gas. Just wanted to know if $1300 was a good price?
It has new belt, plug, oil change rear dif oil change,new seats, fuel filter and top . body is in decent shape, just minor scratches.

Also is there anything specific I should check b4 I pick it up?

Good deal! The only other things I would look for is that the engine runs good, no knocking. And the undercarriage for any serious rust. But that is a good find.
