Looking for help identifying my Cart and locatng the VIN

This thing was given to me, and I want to do some work on it, but I cant seem to find a lable, vin or sticker with any kind of details.

so, I dont know what the model# of Vin is. I have been looking and they all look so close!!!

any assistance would be appreciated.
