Won't move

I've got a Yamaha golf cart and I had an accident and wondering if someone can help. What happened was a shirt that was on the back of the golf cart fell off and got caught between the drive belt & rat in the clutch and the secondary clutch. Got the shirt out and I have the cart won't move forward or back. The front clutch spins but I haven't seen it moving in or out where it likes the pulley bigger and smaller. I was wondering if you need one has any experience with something like this and if you could maybe give me any advice? Thanks in advance for any responders...
