Electrical issue. When i put my volt meter on the battery and step on the pedal i read almost 17 volts then about 20 seconds later the solenoid kicks out and stops charging the battery. It does this everytime you let off the gas and stop then start again. I have replaced the voltage regulator but am wondering if there is a wiring issue or something else i have missed.
