cart starts and runs for a little then starts to crap out.wont start, wait a few (sometime 10 min to an hour)then it starts again. have check the fuel pump works good. pulled the cable off the voltage regulator cart still will run (so think its still good). check all grounds for broken wires and loose connection.have replaced the spark plug. check the fuse in the box good. only thing can think of is the mag. but heard they work or dont, and mine works sometimes. so is that true about the mag, can it work sometime and sometimes not????:

another question, a mag on a VW the ground has to be broken to kill the engine, Does that apply here too. and can u test your voltage regulator my pulling off the (+) side of the battery and if the cart still runs. Voltage regulator is ok. ??????? i have a volt meter and a ohms meter, but dont know where to put the pointer or what it should read????
