yamaha g16a not starting

having a problem with my golfcart when you push the gas nothing happens except a clicking sound ive all already reaplaced the battery and the solenoid if you jump the solinoid it runs great not sure what is causing the problem. when press the gas i have power on my little red wire but nothing still happens really puzzeled and could use some help anything would be great

There is a 10 amp fuse in the solenoid box behind the battery. It's probly bad. Replace it and do not ground anything to the frame on this cart.
