Can u have crankshaft turned undersize and can u buy undersize rod bearings? If someone could answer this for me thank you in advance.Have a good day.

Has anyone been able to find undersize or oversize bearings for the G9 cranks? -
the parts manual lists three part numbers: J38-11656-00, J38-11656-10 and J38-11656-20.
Check with a dealer and see what they say. Hope this helps...Comment

Those bearings have little difference in size with one another. I can not find where they make bearings that are .001" - .005" oversize for the undersize crank. I have a g9 yamaha that the crank is .001" under the minimum size and .001" out of round. I was hoping that some aftermarket company would make these so that people could have their cranks turned instead of paying close to $300.00 for a new one.Comment
