G1will not start!

My g1 will not run. It starts to sputter and sometimes it will catch. Once it starts running it runs great, but if you stop it will not start up again. Have replaced fuel pump, all hoses, cleaned carburetor, new spark plug and air filter. There is good fuel going to the carburetor. Anyone got any ideas???

seals in bottom of motor might be bad is there dirt and oil on clutch side of motor if so seal need to be replaced
