Newbie here. Please help!!

Hello all. I have owned a Yamaha gas golf cart now for 5 years. My motor just died and my brother has torn it to pieces. I need a piston, rings, gasket kit, valves, valve seats. (All greek to me) How do I know what kind of engine I have? It is around a 2003 cart. I am familiar with forums and have searched the older post but can't find any info. I can't find the vin on my frame either. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance

You will need to know what year it is, the G16 and the G22 had different motors and your right around the motor change times.
