95 yamaha gas cart will not start

I just bought a 95 yamaha gas cart i installed a new battery and seloniod when i push on the gas pedal i get nothing i have power at the selonoid but not at the ignitor or at the gas pedal i need help!!!!!!

Did the previous owner tell you that the solenoid was bad? How did you come to the conclusion to change that out? What was the cart doing before you swapped parts out, besides the battery.
