No Vacuum at Fuel Pump

I got a new fuel pump and I still cannot get fuel thru my pump. It looks like the vacuum is created thru the engine. Is there an easy wasy to adjust of fix this problem? Help!

Probably a hole in one of the lines or one is simply not connected or put in the wrong spot, check them out including the pulser line that goes from the engine to the fuel pump.
