g16e D O A help with some test please

I need some help please . I have a friends g16e cart here That is dead. It has new batteries . I get nothing when the pedal is pressed. the only power i have is the back up buzzer.I tried to jump the large post on the solonoid but it didnt do nothing. (no clicks either) I tested the voltage at the solonoid it was 37.6 on the big post bat side and 0 on the other big post key on pedal pressed small wire goes 37.6 and small black stays 0 and other side of solonoid stays 0... But if I try to jump across big post it sparks one time then dead for awhile..? Any advise on this please am i starting in the right place?

Did you ever diagnosis your problem,I have the same on a 1997 g16

you otta have a stop switch at the pedal, pull the rubber mat back , pull the floor pan up, (just lift it out ) and check that switch. its the first thing in line.

also, at 37 volts it will not go, thats a 48 volt cart, the controler shuts down at 41 volts. # 1 problem. charge it and then start your diagnosis procedure.
