i am fixing a 01 g19 for a member, did the normal test. ended up replacing the solenoid, controller,and throttle switch. after all that still got nothing. it seems as if there's a ground problem, anyone know what going on?

well, yamaha told me that the g19 48 volt is the worst cart they ever made. i have replaced everything but the motor. replacin the wire harness right now, will let you know if it works..Comment

ok, rscot33. this is what i had to do. first if you have burnt wires it would be a good idea to replaced wire harness, but only place i could get one was from Yamaha themselves. i replaced the speed controller, solenoid, throttle switch and key switch, there is away to check the controller with a DMM. the Yamaha tech at buggies unlimited helped me out with that, so that all i have right now.. good luck.......Comment
