First and foremost I recommend printing out the wiring diagram (attached in guide) to make the process more manageable and using a crayon to color the wires as you trace them. This method allows you to visualize the connections more clearly and helps reinforce your understanding of where each wire should go, especially someone new to wiring diagrams. This not only aids in identifying any disconnected or cut wires but also serves as a valuable learning tool helping you become more familiar with the electrical system of your golf cart.
After verifying all wires are correctly connected according to the wiring diagram, the next step is to use the attached troubleshooting guide. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to test each component of your golf cart's electrical system. For the specific issues you mentioned like the back buzzer, cut off switch, and throttle sensor, the troubleshooting guide will help you determine if these components are causing the problems you're experiencing and guide you on how to test them. If wires are cut or disconnected, the wiring diagram will provide direction on how to rewire these components.
If you have specific questions about the wiring or need clarification on the troubleshooting steps or encounter new issues, feel free to reach out!Attached Files:
