no start after stop

HI I am having trouble with a cart that occasionally will not start after it has been stopped, that is it runs ok but when it has stopped it is dead, no reverse alarm or movement. I have found that if I switch to tow wait for a minute and turn the switch back to run it is ok. it does not do this all of the time but only occasionally !

When it stops, does it click? If not jump the solenoid on the 2 large posts and see if it will run again after it does it again.
