  • 2006 Yamaha 48v G22 rewired,everything good ,but 1 odd problem

I repair all makes and model golf carts ,I'm just wondering if anyone has had this problem ,a customer bought this 2006 Yamaha that didn't run and asked me to help fix it. I found that the wiring was all connected wrong ,what a mess ,anyways after 6 hrs of rewiring everything back to normal,a few new parts etc .I have one problem left ,the cart runs, and it's on jack stands ,but the only way to get it to move is to give the passenger rear wheel a kick spin with the throttle sensor in my hand and a multimeter attached the motor kicks in at no less than 0.39 volts to max 3 volts anything below or above that range will shut the motor down ,obviously a safety on the controller but motor will not kick in from a complete stop. I'm still waiting on a new throttle sensor and a reverse buzzer ,I'm wondering has anyone had this problem and solved it . I'm hoping it's the throttle sensor ,but not sure , as I built a 5k throttle sensor with a potentiometer and a proper resistor to 0-5 volt range ,but still had same problem , i havnt tried a 5 min battery disconnect to reset controller yet ,and its not an alltrax. .any ideas ??? To save time .

i know this is a no brainer question but just to rule out the power source are you reading at least pack voltage on the battery pack during that test and under load?
