  • 98 Yamaha G19E king pin change.

hello all, just joined, this is my first post.... Can anyone assist in how to remove the king pins? both front tires are towed out. both king pins (or bushings) have play and need changing. i removed the squeeze pin, but no movement. Is there another retainer i am missing ? or am i just not hitting it hard enough :-)
    thanks in advance

Once you remove the spring pins with a drift punch you can remove the kingpin and knuckle. Before removing the spring pins, remove a knuckle arm bolt (knuckle side). There are two spring pins. The inner pin locks the outer and must be removed first. See attached guide for further details. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
