My cart recently quit and initially I thought batteries neefrd charging. After full charge, still no go. I have electrically eliminated the key switch, the batteries, the toggle "run/tow" switch, the contact switch under the accelerator pedal, and the charging pack. Question now is, how much voltage should be registering on the f1/f2 and a1/a2 terminals?

Yamaha golf carts have evolved quite a bit over the years, and knowing the specific model you’re working with can really help narrow down potential issues. Different models, like the G16, G19, and G22, have unique wiring diagrams, control systems, and components, so troubleshooting can vary significantly based on the year and model.
Generally speaking, there are several common things that could cause your cart to stop working even after a full battery charge. Issues could stem from a faulty controller, a problem with the motor itself, or even a wiring issue somewhere in the harness. Connections at the F1/F2 and A1/A2 terminals are critical, but without the exact model, it’s tricky to give precise voltage expectations.
To help you out, I've included some links to common troubleshooting threads for Yamaha G16, G19, and G22 models. These threads cover a range of issues similar to what you're describing and should provide some useful insights. If you have any more questions or want to provide additional details about your cart, feel free to ask! The more information you can share, the better I can assist you in pinpointing the problem.
