yamaha g29 controller

I have a 2007 g29 drive that I think the controller is bad. When I cut the key on the solenoid engages but when I press the accelerator, the cart doesn't go. I need to know how to test the controller to see if it is putting out

this should be the schematic attached.

have you checked that solenoid working? should have 48 volts at (P) on controller.

Does the reverse buzzer work?
Need to check throttle switch
