G19E mystery part.....

Trying to bring my g19e back to life. Started off by replacing the controller then the solenoid. Got roughly 48v going into the sol. And only 35 coming out of it. The sol doesn't click at all when pushing the gas and the cart won't move at all. Also no reverse buzzer. Same 35v at the key and at the forward reverse switch. Any help is greatly appreciated.

on the negative side of the battery string(drivers side) there is a rectangle box bolted to the frame right by the serial number plate. It has a black wire and a grey wire coming out of it. It appears to be a stock part yet i cannot find it on any of the wiring diagrams. Roughly 2" wide and 6" tall.

Whats this part and what does it do?

See if you can find it in the attached component maps Honestly, it could not be listed if its an old voltage reducer for lighting, did you check to see if it has more wires coming out the other side and is it still hooked up?
