Alarm sounds when going from tow to run

When turning cart from tow to run an alarm sounds. Much like the back up alarm. Causes, remedies.

The controller controls the reverse buzzer by turning the ground off and on. Does the cart move in forward or reverse?

Moves both ways.

how long does the alarm sound stay on?

Seems to stay on until put back in tow position.

Buzzer positive supplied by key, controller switches the negative so bad wire on controller pin 10, if cart runs I would most likely disconnect buzzer. The driver in the controller could be bad (most likely). I would not replace controller since I disconnected my buzzer anyway.
