Power Wise 28115 G04 charger

I have a PW 28115 G04 and need the parts manual or P/N for the control board. If I bypass the board the charger works fine. If anyone has the part number or know where I can download a owners/parts manual please let me know.

Paul, it sounds like you're indeed having issues with the control board in your PW 28115 G04 charger. The relay is an integral part of this board, common to go bad, but replacing the relay alone often isn't a permanent fix. Many find that even when the relay is replaced, problems tend to reoccur within a year. To avoid ongoing issues, it's usually best to replace the entire control board. You can test the transformer by pulling the two black leads off the relay and connecting them together, then plugging the charger into the cart and the household AC to verify the output. Keep in mind, this bypass won't allow the charger to operate in its three charging phases or auto shut off.

Also, verify your battery pack voltage is above 28-30 volts, otherwise the charger won't turn on.
