97 yamaha g19

good morning! I wrote earlier about this cart not moving. Batteries are charged at 48.5 volts. Solonoid is new. Throttle switch seems to be good as when I engage it I can hear the solonoid click. With the throttle engaged, I can detect a faint humming coming from the motor.I am getting 45 volts at the motor between the A1 and F2 terminals. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

reading across the motor like you did will not tell you much.
A1 to A2 using an ohm meter or volt meter works
and
F1 to F2 using an ohm meter or volt meter works

above depends on what your trying to read you cannot use an ohm meter to read volts or have voltage present.
