G19 48 volt 000 one bad battery!

I have a g19 48 volt and the cart has one bad battery. All of the batteries read over 8 volts except one. Is it allright to replace just one with out effecting anything else? Causing more problems. Is there any long or shortterm negetive effects?

It really depends on the age. Usually after about 3 years the batteries go... if this is your case just replace them all.
