howdo i remove clutch assembly to change crank shaft seal, do i need speacial tool? my cart is a 76 gas, wont run on high revs, new points, coil,clynder,piston,rings ,fuel lines,filter,rebuilt carb with new kit. a little stumped, crank seal is leaking a little, wondering if its sucking to much air?
