does anybody know if the drive belt of any other golf cart can be used in a melex golf cart? I have spent half a day browsing the internet but cant get info or cant find a supplier of melex drive belt.

I know it is a 512. Year? It's been under the elements for so long, things have become rusty. In short, I don't know, I'm sorry.

McMaster-Carr (Mcmaster.com) has power transmission belts. If you can find the size/part number of yours or maybe simply measure it, they will most likely have what you need. It is where I got a belt for my Cushman Commander. I do not know what they generally cost; mine was $85.00. Side note- when I installed it, the cart would just about give you whiplash when it started. Once the belt was worn in everything was fine.
