Just replaced the Starter/Generator. Have a fully charged battery in cart. Cart will not crank unless I attach a portable jump starter to the battery - then it will crank. Anybody have any suggestions as to what might be wrong. All other electricals (voltage regulator, ignition coil, etc.) are original.
