80 hd crankshaft removal

hi to all could someone tell me how to remove the crankshaft from a 80 hd cart ? i have the drive off and split the case but how do i get it loose from points end. thanks for any help

What exactly is stopping you, is the clutch in the way?

hi matti i have the clutch off and the case is off .i did know if i have to remove the fan housing or just use a pry bar to pop crank out i tried to pull it out but it would not budge so i thought i would ask for help before i messed something up. thanks for any help craig

The fan and anything attached to the crankshaft ends has gotta go, can you provide a picture?

hi matti got the fan off thats what i neededstill took a few light taps with a plastic hammer but it worked. thanks alot
