94 par car needs needs choking

94 par car has new rings with good compression new fuel pump rebuilt card runs good but have to choke it to get it to start evey time even when hot has gas in card bowl and carb is spotless

Im sorry you may not want to hear this but its the main jet in the carburetor. Take it off, take it apart and remove the jet and clean it up, one of the pin hoes is dirty.

The only other thing that could be is you don't have all intake gaskets in place, you don't have the intake completely sealed up, the fuel air mixture screw is not set right, or you just plain have a dirty fuel filter and bad gas.
