Evolution controller ev 48-400-C access to parameter adjustment ie speed

What app to use for evolution controller ev 48-400-C ,I have all files downloaded but when I try to open them says need to download app , but when I search for an app download the recommended app try to open the file with it, back to the same window offering a different app I also searched for the evolution app no luck , I also used the link on this forum but no luck.
