For the accessory harness you could use the diagrams written on the last few pages of the book attached to this link. Since your 2000 model was likely built on an EZGO chassis, you can use this attached diagram for the powertrain. The primary difference is that Western added an extra 6-volt battery, increasing the voltage from 36V to 42V. Additionally, the controller may have either 3 or 4 large posts.
