2019 Star Sirius golf cart

It seems that a lot of folks are looking, but few asking questions well I have a question does anyone know where they put the tow switch on this cart? Any book you may trip over for this cart is worthless. I believe I have a bad solenoid but that is somewhat of a guess I have no power to the dash a very weak beeping no sound of the solenoid closing with power on and petal pushed, but I get the clicking if I jump from neg to solenoid and pos to solenoid small terminals. Also if someone out there knows where a person can pick up a repair manual for a Star golf cart please pass it on because I know I cannot be the only one fed up with the poor aftermarket repair and cost if you bring it in if you can find someone to work on it.
