2003 workhorse; need help

I am new to the golf cart world... can someone help me with some info ???
Engine oil capacity ? Type and weight.
Also getting a lot of oil collecting where the air filter connects to the carburetor. I am wondering if there is to much oil in the crankcase. The blow by hose is clear with no obstructions. .

1.5 Quarts, I run 10w40, oil in air box = over full.

If a lift kit has been added you can't trust the full mark on dip stick.
