  • EZGO oil pump filter

I read that EZGO gas carts have an oil filter, where is it located and how often does it have to be changed, i have been looking for an engine breakdown pictures but cant find any, a friend of mine has a golf course with EZGO carts some of which are 4 years old, he didnt know about the filter, thanks in advance.

Here are some engine diagrams in this link here http://www.golfcartsforum.com/golf-c...-diagrams.html

I also attached a picture with the oil filter circled in red, you have to take off those 3 bolts and that whole triangle piece comes out with the oil filter attached.

The oil filter does not need to be replaced, but should be cleaned semi-annually or every 125 hours. Soak in a solvent and brush clean, then blow out with compressed air. Replace the O ring seal if needed and then put the oil filter back on the golf cart.
