Older ez go 4 stroke engine won't start

Not getting spark, not even a click when try to start; battery fully charged. Replaced the solenoid. Could it be the starter/generator? How do I test it?

You'd get a click if the starter was bad. Try jumping the solenoid with a jumper cable across the 2 large posts. Check the fuses too.
