My 1985 EZGo is flooding

I think my cart is flooding cause it smells like raw gas and when you step on it it doesnt want to go unless you choke it??? it also smells like its burning oil??? any help would be great thanks

The main jet in the carburetor is clogged, clean out the carburetor and the jets. Use compressed air too.

Yes, and the blue smoke is normal for a 2 cycle you do not have to worry about that.
