New Drive Belt

Help! The drive belt on my 80 ezgo broke off and when I replaced it with a new one it does not go as fast as it used to. The belt looks tighter than the one that was on there before. What else should I check for?

Hello, the belt you need measures 1-3/16 inches thick and 45 inches length. If the belt is wrong it will effect the carts performance.
