i have a ez go work horse st 350 that wont run properly. i have replaced the carb as well as the spark plugs. the passenger side spark plug has carbon the driver side looks normel. it will run ok with the filter off but when the filter is on it wont run properly. on a flat ground it runs ok. but on a hill or under a load it struggles. anyone have an idea?
