I have a 2021 EXGO TXT has cart (first time owner). The dealer “sped” it up for me before it was delivered. Now, it won’t maintain top speed. Then engine sounds like it revs up the once it hits top speed dies back down then revs up and dies back down. I live in a very hilly neighborhood so don’t really notice it that much, but drove it to my friends neighborhood today which was about a 5 minute drive and it was very noticeable and quite annoying. Any ideas as to what this is and/or for to fix it? Thanks.
