starter/ gen Removal

Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the bolt that holds the starter on??? i have an 1989 EZGO gas Cart..

Hi do you mean the bolt that holds the pulley on the starter? Because to remove the starter is quite simple, use an open ended wrench to get the bolt off and I think there is a tensioner that has to be loosened.

ok lets see i've removed the header pipe to get to the starter. WD 40 the hell out of it and been beating on the bolt for about 30 mins now.... anyone got any more ideas?????
