2003 sputtering

My 2003 cart cuts in and out when I try to maintain a constant speed other than running it wide open. It accelerates great and starts with no issues. Any suggestions? Thanks

Fuel delivery issue. Weather it is a dirty carburetor, old gas, or the intake system is not completely sealed. Those are 3 excellent issues to address. Id suggest starting by cleaning out the fuel tank completely and performing a deep clean to the carburetor (or replacing it)
